My Approach – Mark S Freeman & Associates, LLC was established in 2007 to help organizations blend successful leadership with committed employees.
- Executive Coaching: Sometimes nothing can be lonelier than an executive who has no one to talk to in sorting out tough decisions. You can’t share some things with your direct reports. You have some competitive issues with your peers and your supervisor has some blind spots. What are you to do? Seek the counsel of a confidential coach. Every executive I have been privileged to work with notes the essential need for this objective, outside consultant to think through all sides of a decision- freely and candidly.
- Leadership Development: Leadership may come naturally for some, but for most of us it is a learned skill. Find out your strengths in leadership and your weaknesses. Learn how to maximize your strengths and cover your challenges. Leadership development is more about developing yourself than anything else. Find the leader within you and learn how to relate to business partners, direct reports, peers and your bosses in the best way possible.
- Business coaching: Business coaching is different from coaching in general. A business coach must understand market realities, finance, and budgeting, along with human resource issues and management. A coach with business savvy can make your experience with business coaching exceptional. Choose carefully by looking through their professional resume. Don’t choose a business coach who has limited business experience.
