Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching – In a study by Manchester Consulting in 2002, year-long Executive Business Coaching had a 5.7 times Return on Investment (ROI).

  • To develop a leader without taking him/her out of the day-to-day business pulse is the most effective form of coaching.  Working next to executives we help them work through daily decisions using a logic tree methodology in order to help envision the outcomes of a variety of possible solutions.
  • Executives are most likely to benefit from coaching when they feel that a change in how they act can make a major difference in the overall success of the organization and our methods of coaching can pinpoint how to best implement those changes.
  • The experts say coaching can be particularly effective in times of change for an executive including promotions, tough assignments and other new challenges. While you may be confident in your abilities to take on new tasks, it is likely that an independent sounding board would be beneficial in helping you achieve a higher level of performance, especially if former peers are now reporting to you.  A coach may help sharpen skills you have not needed in the past especially if you need to be able to use them quickly.
